Pros: Big sized rooms , friendly helpful staff, nice breakfast , had a nightmare with the hotel we had booked and relocated to krabi la playa couldn't fault anything .

Pros: Pool access room was nice but it could be better. Beds were great, breakfast was a pretty good spend with enough options. Pool was nice and location was great, close enough to walk to either beach and far enough to be super quiet.

Cons: The chain on the patio for the pool access room was rubbish. Get rid of it and put sun lounges there instead. For the money we paid you would expect bacon on the breakfast menu, it wasn't.

Pros: The hotel was in a great location for everything. Able to walk everywhere 7 Eleven at the end of the lane and excellent restaurants close by. The pool area was very well laid out. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (maybe change to finish at 10.30 a.m.).

Cons: The gym - either keep the equipment working or close altogether. Not usable - despite the hotel saying everything worked. It is very dangerous to have equipment not working properly. Housekeeping did an excellent job.

Good hotel on great location

Pros: Good location, friendly and accommodating staff, Good sized family rooms, good pools and happy hours

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t for us - think it comes down to preference, but don’t feel like there was much ourselves and the kids liked.

Pros: 2 great pools. if the big pool with the bar is too crowed or too much noise there is a quiet emerald pool that i dont think many knew about

Pros: 1.Staff name Anas were exceptional. 2. All FO Staff were super friendly also. 3. We got family suite, room were spacious.Very clean. 4. Location were 10/10. Privacy come first. Not loud at night. 7 Eleven just 3minute away walking distance. Other shops around 5minutes walking. 15minutes walking can reach Ao Nang Downtown Market.

Cons: 1. Can install water hose inside room.

Pros: The hotel staff are polite. And the swimming pool is spacious and beautiful. Price is reasonable. It's worth going for a vacation.

Cons: * Some pillows have an unusual smell. * Some towels cause skin itchiness after use. * There are so many mosquitoes. Suggest improve these issues.Thanks.
