Pros: The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the complex is generally nice. However, my overall experience was average due to several important issues. The unit I was assigned was very far from the main building, which I mentioned as a concern from the very beginning. Unfortunately, nothing was done about it. Additionally, there was no assistance with luggage — I was not contacted or offered help either on arrival or departure, which was disappointing. I was also not satisfied with the level of service and friendliness of the staff. Having traveled to Thailand many times, I am used to a much higher standard of hospitality, so this fell below my expectations. Overall, an average stay. The property has potential, but the service needs improvement.

Nice stay - we felt welcome

Pros: We really liked the staff, very friendly and supportive. The room was nice and clean. The entire place is very green. The tour we made was well organized. There is a kids room and a gym. Breakfast was ok.

Cons: The Road from our place to the plaza is quite long but not a dealbreaker. What we really would have liked to have: if the kids room is open more early in the morning. If you have 2 kids and your apartment is far away it’s just amazing to park the kids there while one can eat breakfast. And to know there is a room and you cannot use it is frustrating.

Pros: Everything! We loved it so much so we've extended our stay another night. The hotel has free shuttles to the beach, great breakfast, giant room, everyone on the staff was so nice.

Pros: We had a standard room which turned out to be a lovely bungalow style with a massive bath tub. The bed was very comfortable. Location is also pretty good with lots of restaurants etc around the corner. It’s about a 15-20 min walk from a quite alright area at the beach and longtail boats that can take you to railay beach.

Pros: I would definitely recommend it. A wonderful hotel with good service and a rich breakfast. The hotel is set in a green garden, which was very beautiful and special; the rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The pool area was lovely and clean. The hotel is located on a quiet side street, yet within easy walking distance of the main street.

Cons: As a downside, I would point out that the gym was very small for the number of guests. However, the equipment was nicely provided.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: The resort is beautiful, with lots of greenery and 2 swimming pools, as well as a pool bar and a restaurant. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable.

Cons: Be sure to ask for a room away from the back as there is a busy road behind the resort, which is noisy at night.

Great accommodation, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and quiet location - perfect for families

Pros: Split over 2 rooms as there were 5 of us but close together round the pool area which was lovely. Additional 3rd bed in one of the rooms was uncomfortable but mattress topper helped a bit. Beach towels provided and changed regularly. Excellent buffet breakfast. At the end of a road so nice and quiet but close to the main streets and eating places/shops.

Cons: Beds were quite hard
