Pros: Staff was absolutely kind and helpful! Housekeeping and fact that water was at glass not plastic bottles. Location was perfect, super close to both part of Ao Nang beach

Cons: They gave us only one card per room - we couldn’t charge anything if we were not at the room

In all a good hotel

Pros: Good location, large rooms , AC noisy at times but in all the good place with basic breakfast option.

Cons: Did complain about the noisy cleaning cart which went past the rooms which were like villas , as the carts had metal wheels on concrete floor it rattled all the way past at around 8am and then 10mins later rattled past . They need to put rubber wheels to stop the dreadful noise waking people up.

Good location.

Pros: Its in a good location, between both beaches. Close to lots of bars and eating places. First stay room was good ,in D section.

Cons: Second stay we were put in A section which is next to a noisy road so hard to get any sleep as noisy most of the night. So if booking say you dont want section A.

Pros: Great location, close to Central Ao Nang and the beach. Staff was great and the breakfast too, although a bit limited with not so many options. The room was big and well cleaned.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard and the price on the higher end (during high season atleast)

Location!

Pros: Nice resort, simple but everything present. Close by nightmarket, beach, restaurants, cafes and shops but very quiet at night. Very spacious room!

It was good value for money, as the location was great, so close to bars, restaurants, nightlife, markets and the beach.

Pros: The location and the pool area, and the staff were very friendly

Cons: It’s extremely worn out, needs major overhaul and repairs. Everything was quite dated and in need of repair. We had no hot water for the first two days. And the breakfast was quite average, not a lot of variety.

Pros: Amazing pool area very quiet, clean plenty of sunbeds. Had a small gym area weights only but you could certainly work out. Very good size room Went to reception to check in Went to reception to check out so no complaints Very enjoyable two week stay.

Cons: Bit of street noise now and again. Some people were smoking weed so smell could be offensive.
