Super Zen

Pros: Great facilities, clean, loved the pool and the staff Sai, Film and Fifi were very helpful and very kind, many thanks! I had Thai oil massage on first day by Min and she was amazing! and I went back for Thai facial next day also with Min. I couldn't recommend this place more, super Zen just what we needed! Many thanks

Enjoyed it very much!

Pros: Loved the outdoor zen ambiance with plenty of greens and the quiet nature like feeling. Centrally located within Bang Tao, close to the beach and the center. Very friendly and professional staff.

Cons: While the theme of the hotel is Japanese Zen garden, the pathway to the villas with your luggages makes it very challenging having to drag them through gravel and stone construction.

Lovely Stay.

Pros: The woman running reception was exceptionally nice. The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for what we needed it for. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that but looked very nice. We had an issue with a neighbouring studio playing music really loudly at night which after one WhatsApp message they sorted it within a few minutes. Flawless.

Cons: I did think that inspecting the room on checkout was a bit excessive but maybe it was because of a bad previous customer so I’ll give it a pass.

Lives up to its ‘zen’ name

Pros: It is very rare I will give a full 10/10 but this was well worth it. The welcome we received from the team, the room, and the ambience of surroundings were spot on. Tea and coffee facilities provided, toiletries along with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure.

Cons: Although the location was just right for us, it is worth noting it’s a 10-15 minute drive to the beach and restaurants (but very handy to a 7/11)

Pros: Staff was lovely and helpful. Good shared swimming pool for the lofts. Nice gardening creating a calming and Zen vibe.

Cons: Friendly suggestion for a few easy improvements: - The bathroom could be equipped with hooks and rails, and a tissue box. - The shared pool area had no umbrella which made the long chairs not usable.
