Pros: Great place to stay, we spent 10 days in the property. The beach is about 15mins walking distance, 2 food minimarkets across the road (one is open 24h), the apartment has it's own entrance, is situated in a 2-floor building, so not too busy with people, it feels more like a standalone house rather than a tenement flat. The entrance side has a glass wall and glass sliding doors overlooking the street, so it feels spacious and pleasant. The bedroom has glass patio doors overlooking the greenery in the back, pretty pleasant to look at too. The apart is well equipped, the bed is comfy, the Aircon is efficient and smells clean. The smart TV with all the usual media services. The owner was fantastic in responding to our Q's on whatsup within seconds, delivered water daily. Overall I think it may be a better place to stay than in the tourist area near the beach if you are after a quiet environment and want to avoid crowds and permanent traffic noise.

Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like, I'll just mention this as a word of advice for some people; to get to the beach one needs to cross a very busy road with about 3 lanes each way, with no traffic light and no zebra crossing - so, it will be a challenging task for someone with a kid and a pram or someone with reduced mobility. We occasionally used a tuktuk to get from the property to the beach on the app called Grab (equivalent of Uber in Asia) at US $6-7 a ride.

Pros: Peter was such an amazing and generous host throughout our stay. The aircon in the apartment was so strong and location was a very quick walk into Kamala and a short ride into patong. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

Pros: Spacious. Good location near 2 supermarkets. Very helpful and attentive owner who can’t do enough for you. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

Cons: Property is on a busy thoroughfare and some of the motorbikes were very noisy but bedroom is at rear so it did not interfere with sleeping.

Excellent apartment at a great price.

Pros: The place is on the edge of Kamala and is a long walk into town or the beach so it's best to have some kind of transport. There are shops and cafes nearby. The location means it's pretty quiet. I slept really well in a very comfortable bed. The room sizes are very impressive. Kun Peter is a fantastic host. He speaks and writes English very well and did his utmost to make my stay as easy and agreeable as possible. Next time I'm in Kamala I'll be staying here.

Pros: The owner of this place has been incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely respectful. He helped us out so much during our stay, and that alone is a big reason we’d absolutely recommend this place. Location-wise, it’s close to the beach and all the main attractions. We came for a couple of days mainly to visit Carnival Magic and Phuket FantaSea, and it was perfect for that. The flat itself has everything you need — comfy beds, great air-con, spotless cleanliness, and a hot shower. We stayed on the first floor and really liked the views through the big glass windows. There was complimentary coffee and water, plus a big fridge and a big screen TV with Netflix, YouTube and Prime (even though we didn’t use it). Overall, we had a very positive experience here. Есть прокат байков,техника исправная и свежая.Удобное расположение. Через дорогу два магазина 7/11 и Супер Чип.До пляжа не далеко. До Макдональдса,Биг Си, Виламаркета,Топса и рынка с фруктами 500м
