Cons: The location is not optimal. The beach which is 10 mins to go has very little infrastructure. There are organized transfers though.

Pros: - super kid friendly ( high chairs, eating utensils, coloring papers, playroom and toys available) - good breakfast, and deals at the restaurant Jaakadin - free shuttle service to boat avenue and layan beach - good location close to nice beaches (Nai thon banana beach ) - staff very friendly and helpful

Great stay!

Pros: Great location, quiet and well appointed nice food and relaxing

Cons: The courtyard was constant messy and cushions wet due to the leaves and garden on every level.

Modern resort with amazing buffet breakfast

Pros: Modern hotel, we stayed in a family room with two bedrooms which had plenty of room and a washing machine which was handy. Had a view over the construction which was interesting to watch and not too noisy. Easy to get a shuttle to beach and shopping/restaurant area. Excellent buffet breakfast including champagne!

Cons: Small pool with very little sun, but will be improved when entire resort is finished.

Pros: Everything. It was all very nice and impressive. Super clean, all food was very good, spa and gym is amazing.

Cons: Location is a bit outside, so you need transport to go anywhere else.

Pros: We loved this hotel. I chose it because of the great reviews even though it's pretty new. Had a fab apartment that opened onto the main pool via a small patio with chairs. The apartment was really well equipped and drinking water and coffee were topped up daily. There was a pod coffee maker. The breakfast that we opted to have included was in the restaurant opposite. The range of Thai and international options were huge, always something new. Plenty of coffee and fresh fruit too. Had a couple of massages in the on site site spa, they were good and there are deals everyday. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Bed, huge and comfy. WiFi included. The pool was large and so clean. The gym one of the best I have ever seen and outdoor training area, cross fit style.

Cons: The fruit juice at break were no juice, sugar concentrate, but hardly a fault. There is a lot of building work around but that wasn't a distraction on a day by the pool.

Pros: The property is so pretty! The breakfast is great. Our room was so beautiful and the cherry on top is that they have a washing machine in the room.

Cons: The construction next door however it didn’t really affect our stay

Superb 5* Resort

Pros: Amazing high Quality hotel It's still being finished so construction work is going on, but it didn't really bother us. The staff was amazing and very helpful in any way possible

Cons: The surrounding area of the resort is still in construction.
