I was satisfied, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Great location, large room (suite), close to the beach and many shops and restaurants.

Cons: No lift.

Excellent convenient room opposite Surin beach

Pros: Great location very close to Surin beach with sea view. Big room with comfortable bed and fridge and kettle. Free snacks. Useful room safe and little balcony to sit out on. Good shower.

Pros: It‘s a really great hotel! Can highly recommend. The stuff is ver friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and you‘ll be provided with 2 bottles of water per day :)

Great location

Pros: Great location just down the road from Surin beach and the Phuket Smart bus stop. Very clean and comfortable room. Huge bed, complementary snacks were a lovely touch 😊

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s located just a three-minute walk from the beach, which was incredibly convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated that the hotel provided beach towels — a small detail that makes the experience much easier and more pleasant. The staff were exceptionally kind, always welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. They also give complementary snacks everyday, which is very kind.

Cons: There were some cockroaches in our room at night :(

Pros: Comfortable and spacious room with a very nice bathroom having both shower and pool. Great position 1 minute walking distance from Surin beach. Good restaurant in the structure and many others nearby. Nice and clean service.
