I can only highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.
Pros: Breakfast was lovely, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the area was nice too. The beach nearby was delightful to swim, not too crowded. The hotel also recommended the nearby Audy restaurant which was excellent value and excellent food.
Cons: Nothing 🙂

Pros: Very friendly and helping staff, I got food poisoning and they didn’t charge me for late check-out when I was having IV drop in my room. Offered me another room even when they were fully booked. Helped with the bag and all questions/problems I had ❤️. The rooms are nice, clean, there’s a working conditioner and a set of toiletries. Very beautiful view from the balcony, smoking area right in the hotel property (near the front desk).

Great and calm stay for some beach time
Pros: Clean and modern facilities, comfy bed – Looks like the description. I loved that its a calm building and area. Welcoming and helpful staff even beyond the stay! Great location close to a wonderful beach, 24/7 supermarkets.
Cons: The area is not so interesting, neither for nightlife nor food – just for beach, relaxation and tours outside.

Highly recommended!
Pros: Lovely, spacious room with views of the hills and a lot of light. Quite firm but comfortable bed. Great to have a fridge, bowls & plates, cups & classes. Close to everything. Only a short walk to the beach. I recommend this place for a mid price hotel. The massage place in the lane offers a special to people who stay in this hotel. The masseuse was very good and experienced.
Cons: It would have been nice to have some teabags & fresh milk. Also, a ceiling fan would be great for the times that one doesn't want air conditioning.

Lovely staff, nice room
Pros: The staff were so lovely and welcoming and despite not being the only guest by far, they knew exactly which room I was in. Free beach and pool towels (just sign out and back in when you bring it back) and was able to borrow a big umbrella when it rained. Room was nice and with a balcony and I even had a sliver of unexpected seaview :-) Brekky available at the hotel for a good price (didn't try it out, though) Restaurants and massages as soon as you leave the hotel (not in a bustling way, though) and a 24h convenience store 1min walk away. Beach has so many restaurants and massage places which was awesome (most only open during the day, not for dinner)
Cons: Shower over the bathtub in the room was a bit tricky to use without flooding the whole bathroom. Water was mainly lukewarm. They tried to fix the temperature but it didn't last (nothing major, though, it wasn't cold cold) Surin Beach itself is a bit of a construction site for at least the next 2 years as they're building a new glass viewing platform between the road and the beach. Also not as many options for dinner as eg Karon. LOTS of traffic (read: traffic breakdown) between Surin and the main road that cuts through Phuket. If you want to go anywhere apart from the beaches on the left or right of Surin, bring patience for traffic.

Great choice for couple of days in Surin beach
Pros: The room was very good, big clean and modern for Thailand. We had a tv with Netflix, full mini fridge with drinks and beverages and also some snacks. It was very convenient that the hotel offered optional breakfast which was very tasty and good value for money.
Cons: The location was not the best, we needed to walk on a road which during the evening it was quite dark in order to go to some restaurants and to the beach. The pool is not good, small and not a pleasant area so we didn't use it.

Recommended and budget friendly
Pros: Room 304 Good size room with balcony and view of hills behind Location.. supermarket opposite and 5 mins to beach 10% Discount at owners restaurants on beach and up the road… both good. Surin Beach is clean with great waves and Laem Singh beach worth a trip by long tail or jet ski .. one restaurant there on the cliff … beach is beautiful Recommend Tukky massage opposite rear entrance of hotel… best one so far!
Cons: Bed was rock hard and a shame. No Netflix or other subscriptions if that’s your thing Shower hard to regulate and harder to control but not a big thing There is some construction work on the way to the beach and it’s sandy anyway so a tap outside the hotel to wash your feet / slippers would be nice Breakfast in hotel only average at best so better to head down to beach restaurants
