Pros: Staff and service. Particularly Kob who was most helpful caring and considerate throughout the full week of my stay. I will be back.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach. The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from beautiful Surin Beach with soft sand and clear water. It’s ideal for both relaxing and enjoying the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. Specially Ms Champi was very cordial helpful and not only to us to every guests I observed Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a lovely balcony. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the on-site restaurants were excellent. We especially loved relaxing by the pool — the atmosphere was fun yet peaceful, perfect for families and couples alike. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

Pros: The king suite was great with plenty of space on the ground floor beside the pool. The breakfast selection was great with lots of Thai offering as well as western food.

Cons: The bed was a bit hard but otherwise great.

Good, greate staff!

Pros: Nice hotell, got upgraded our room, kidfriendly environment, excellent breakfast. And the best thing, the staff was really really fantastic! They are so friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Price in the hotel for food and drink was way too high. Normalt a small water cost 30-50 bath in a restaurant, here it was 116 bath!!! For water! Why? In most restaurants they include the vat and service fee (we normally go to cheap or medium priced restaurants). But here that is not included in the prices in the menu, so that is added (water was 99,- plus the fees). Maybe the hotell was too fancy for us. But come on, price at leaste the water reasonable. Also was missing a pool that is for the youngest children’s. They have a small one with 60cm water, but we would prefer one with 30cm so the toddlers can sit and play. Maybe it was there? But we didn’t see it. This is a small thing, didn’t make out stay any worse, just nice to have feedback.

Pros: Extra nearest to best beach of Phuket, very very caring staff, especially the manager Champi, quiet and comfortable for families with children

Champi made our stay and experience unforgettable & went out of her way to help always.

Pros: It was good. The location was central which was good. Champi always greeted us with a smile and assured we were looked after. She made the New Year’s Eve night a highlight for us.

Cons: Possibly a change in what is available rather than the same or similar food.

Overpriced for the value offered
