Pros: I read a bad review about this hotel mentioning noise and that it doesn’t have windows. The truth is that it’s very well located and the service is good. From the outside it looks very bad, but it’s a good hotel.

Fantastic stay.

Pros: The room was very clean and a decent size. Bathroom was very well furnished and also very clean. The location is very central, close to many bars and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly.

Cons: No tea/coffee in the room even though there was a kettle.

Exceptionally clean, great location, good staff.

Pros: Located at the center of old town phuket. Sunday night market is walking distance. Rooms are very clean, and are cleaned everyday. Fresh towels, sheets, water etc everyday. Staff is very polite and helpful. They provide rental scooters also at market prices. They also provide day tours like James Bond island tour, similar island tour and phi phi tour, however the prices were more than market price.

Cons: Nothing as such.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Tony, in particular, went above and beyond by assisting us with pre-booking our airport cab through Bolt, even using his own credit card when required. We really enjoyed our conversations with him and hearing about his enthusiastic search for a girlfriend. Great guy!

Pros: This accommodation blew my mind, excellent location in the middle of old town Phuket, the rooms are modern, extremely clean, bed is of top quality compared to 5 star hotels. Everything is within walking distance. Value for money !

A Hidden Gem Behind an Unassuming Exterior

Pros: Don’t be put off by the building’s outside appearance — step inside and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The interior is modern, boutique-style, and spotlessly clean. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, smart TV with Netflix, and a generous shower stocked with complimentary gels. The private balcony with a table and chairs was a lovely spot to unwind. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, and the staff were always warm, friendly, and eager to help. It’s also great value for money, with a location just a 10-minute stroll to the charming old town. I would happily stay here again.
