Pros: Nice big room with fridge, storage, kettle, AC, good shower. The coffee in the cafe is excellent and the family is very nice and friendly. Can also rent a motorbike.

Cons: The location is about 20 mins to the nearest beach and not much around, so you need a car or bike.

Incredible stay with truely lovely hosts.

Pros: Liang is a truely a wonderful host. He and his family take serious pride in making sure your stay is comfortable and that you're well taken care of. The room was just as described. The place was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. There was more space than I would ever need and plenty of storage. The bed was large and I found it very comfortable. The bathroom was large and also clean. There is a separate room with a washing machine and facilities to cook basic food and iron. So facilities wise everything is covered. Having the cafe on site is also amazing, again the passion Liang puts into the food and coffee is exeptional. Most of all, all of this is priced at such amazing value. I'd happily have paid twice as much for the experience and stay I had here. For me the fact it is located in a quiet area where local Thai people live, was a huge plus. But you will need to either be happy to use a taxi a lot or just rent a bike like I did. There is plenty of space to park.

Cons: Nothing at all! Perhaps the water pressure in the shower could be stronger, but that's being very picky.

Perfect stay at Liang’s Home in Phuket

Pros: Our stay at Liang’s Home was absolutely perfect. The hospitality here goes far beyond anything you would expect from a regular hotel. For example, without us even asking, they took our wet laundry from the drying rack and dried it for us. No hotel would ever do that. it truly shows their kindness and attention to detail. The owners are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They even came out to wave us goodbye when we left and gave us free fresh bananas. It’s these small, heartfelt gestures that make this place so special. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, but the real highlight is the warmth and generosity of the people here. I can wholeheartedly recommend Liang’s Home to anyone visiting Phuket. You don’t feel like a guest. you feel like family.

Pros: A Nice New, Clean Retreat. Has Everything You Need. Good Scooter Hire from Max:) A Lovely Family, who made us Feel Very Welcomed. Excellent Thai Hospitality, Thank You:) The Amazing Coffee: A Variety fit for a King!!:) And The Air Conditioning in the Shop, Wonderful:)

Pros: The staff is very kind, the breakfast was a classic but tasty one.

Cons: The location, I should have been better informed beforehand, but if you have an international license you can rent a small motorcycle for a good price.

Pros: Clean, quiet, private , responsible hosts. Bed is very comfortable, sheets smells great! Brand new environment. Best mix of the price and quality!

Pros: I would like to thank the owners of the house :) cozy atmosphere, good breakfasts. I really liked that there are animals on the territory. Cookies❤️ ( and chickens) there is everything you need for life: a washing machine, a small kitchen. The area is quiet and comfortable. Very responsive and kind owners🙏 thank you very much)

Amazing place to stay!

Pros: The room is great and there are all facilities in the property. It will take around 15-20 minutes to reach great beaches and 20 minutes to get to the airport. The owner provided us with the bike for a really nice price. Breakfast and coffee they provide are great!

Great little home away from home with excellent hosts!

Pros: Great find! I was in the area for a work conference and Liangs home made for a great little base to call home. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful! The coffee at their restaurant is some of the best I've tasted! And the breakfast toasties were a lovely treat also. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely excellent!

Pros: The owners are such a kind family, the place was very clean and beautiful, cured in each detail. Last but not least, the coffee they make at their shop is the end of the world. Trust me, I know what I say, I’m Italian :)
