Pros: I had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Hill view and I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He took the time to personally explain the local area, recommending great restaurants, sightseeing spots, and even off-the-beaten-path attractions that I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also warm and approachable, answering all of my questions and offering helpful tips for getting around. The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, and the service was top-notch. I truly appreciated the personalized attention and care that made my trip even more memorable. If you’re visiting the area, I highly recommend staying here. It’s clear the hotel manager and team take great pride in making guests feel welcome.

I came for work and knew that I would only stay at night. The hotel staff is wonderful, they have helped me many times.

Pros: Wonderful, helpful staff! It's because of their attitude that I get a good grade!

Cons: My room was cheap (for Phuket), it had no windows and therefore there was an unpleasant smell of dampness.

Pros: A warm welcome,a swift relaxed check in,a clean room with fresh linen, a shower with good pressure and a temperature of my choice,( due to an independent water heater ) ,I especially enjoyed that. The bathroom was well equipped, with shampoo, soap and toilet roll.. The pre-opened tissue in the room was a classy deed. The fridge, kettle and air conditioning all worked perfectly,,,,,, I'm unable to vouch for the t.v. as I forgot to check it out !!!!! It looked ok,,,,Toshiba I think,,,, I really enjoyed the balcony for a chill, My room ( 201) faced towards the hills, so the other side of \
