Great experience

Pros: Location is great and the staff are very welcoming. We felt like home after few days. They took care of cats :) They do room cleaning every day.

Cons: Not much facilities

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised that they even helped carry my luggage. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. A special thank you to the front desk for helping me find my earphones—I’ve arranged for a friend to pick them up. I look forward to my next trip, and this hotel will definitely be my first choice again.

Pros: The staff here is really nice, I arrived in the early morning, and there was a staff member here waiting for me to help me move my luggage. The hotel's stairs are also very easy to walk on. Not high, the room is cleaned every day, very clean. Every day, there is drinking mineral water and toiletries that are all brand new. This place is close to the bar street, the beach, the seafood market, and the 711 convenience store. I stayed here for 7 days and I really like this hotel. It's convenient because it's close to everything. I really like the stairs here, they are very convenient.

Justifies the cost. Can get better options nearby too.

Pros: The room was clean. The location was good. Easily accessible to various facilities nearby.

Cons: The staff didn't have a helper or someone like that to help with your luggage. Don't expect room service. Consider it as an upgraded version of a hostel.

Pros: The front desk can help with the luggage. The stairs are not high and easy to walk on, 24 hours, there are people, the room is clean, parking is convenient, the seafood is delicious.
