Reccomended. Worth the few extra dollars.

Pros: Great, large clean rooms. Big bed. Close to everything without being too noisy.

Cons: Very average shower set up. Slowest Lift in Patong.

Pros: Rooms are specious and clean. I booked a two bedroom family room. They have a nice swimming pool

Cons: We arrived late and found our room was given away to some other guest. They offered us two separate rooms which wasnt convinient at all as I was travelling with my two boys. They shifted us to our original booked rooms the next day.

Pros: We stayed at Heights Patong Hotel & Suites for seven days and we were very satisfied with our stay there. The staff was very kind and helpful. I asked for them to make a birthday decoration for my boyfriend's birthday and they did it perfect! The room was big and we had cleaning services every day .I absolutely recommend this hotel!!

Pros: Room was clean, bed decent comfort. Plenty of towels for bathroom & pool use.

Cons: Hotel seems old & run down, lift is small, could only fit 4-6 people.

I love this place and would recommend it to anyone

Pros: The breakfast has a good range of food for you to choose from, the reception staff are always very helpful and polite, as well as the cleaning and kitchen staff. Every time over the pass 6 years when I come to Phuket I try book my accommodation here, it is close to most things, restaurants, bars, 7/11 and if you want a taxi, they’re 20 metres away.

Cons: That I had to leave and come back home. Myself I love staying here and my family did also. Only thing I can fault is that a shower curtain would be good.
