Good Value, but Better Cleaning and Customer Service Needed

Pros: The room was good for the price we paid. It was comfortable and included soap and towels. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby, and only a 15-minute walk to Patong Market, which makes it great to stay in such a central area. When we checked in, a younger receptionist assisted us and she was very kind and helpful.

Cons: One thing that made me uncomfortable was the bathroom cleaning. One day we returned around midday and the room had already been cleaned, but the entire bathroom was completely wet. There is a pressure hose next to the toilet, and it clearly looked like it had been used to clean everything. The toilet, floor, and shower were all covered in water, and there was no smell of cleaning products. It didn’t give me much confidence about the quality of the cleaning. On other days when we arrived later, the bathroom was already dry. At check-out, we were attended by an older receptionist who was VERY rude, spoke in an unfriendly tone, and was quite unpleasant with all of us.

С учетом завышенных цен везде на Пхукете очень даже неплохое соотношение цены и качества.

Pros: В высокий сезон это было единственное более-менее приемлемое по цене место. В целом оказалось лучше, чем я ожидала. Расположение удобное: рядом много кафе, магазины, пляж в 10-15 минутах, автобусная остановка, прачечные. Номер большой, просторный. Уборка, смена полотенец, вынос мусора только по просьбе, но быстро и оперативно. Каждый день приносили воду. Кровать удобная. Белье и полотенца старые, но чистые. Душ и туалет работают отлично. Вода хорошей температуры. Интернет отличный. Депозит возвращают. Насекомых и живности нет.

Cons: Звукоизоляция плохая, постоянно шум с улицы, ветер свистит, на крыше что-то хлопает, стучит. Нам не мешало, но имейте ввиду, если у вас с этим проблемы. На односпальной и двухэтажно кроватях матрасы неудобные, слишком мягкие пружины. Дети не жаловались, но я бы спать не смогла.
