Cons: I like the place they just need to work on their communication skills or English language as they deal with all foreign people.

We loved this Thai style hotel that is so unlike many generic hotels that could have been anywhere.

Pros: Set away from the busy streets nearby, it felt like being in the countryside even though it was less than half an hour's walk from all the fun and chaotic nightlife around the Bangla Road walking street. The outdoor pool was huge and the outlook from the restaurant was surpringly rural. The buffet style breakfast had something for everyone and the style of buildings are very Thai. Our room was huge and the lovely staff were always friendly and very helpful. Convenience stores were only a short walk away.

Cons: Our room's garden outlook was a small rice paddy and a little dissapointing especially when they started harvesting the rice! The lighting in our room could have been brighter but we would definately return.

Pros: I liked the whole atmosphere - it felt like in a countryside retreat from my room - there is a beautiful rice field strip inside the resort that makes it feel very relaxing, especially when it is raining. Staff very polite and pleasant and attentive.

Cons: My room had few minor issues, however, all have been rectified when asked for either immediately, or the next morning.

Pros: As always this place feels Like Home compared to other hotels in Patong this is great value for the money. Huge and well maintained pool, clean rooms fresh smelling towels and bed sheets. We come here for many years and always feel homecoming back.

Cons: Nothing, everything just fine.

Pros: As always the great staff at reception and Gigi from housekeeping. The location is perfect to walk to shopping and Bangla. Facility had been updated with new chairs at pool. We got upgraded, room was very nice with good AC. The huge pool clean and warm water, perfect to hang out and have a drink. Friendly cats around.

This resort is close to everything.

Pros: Facilities were great. Location close to shops street food plus much more. The room size was exceptional. The pool was huge, and grounds were beautiful. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the scenery was a great way to start each day. Breakfast selection changed daily. Fresh fruit daily. The staff are very helpful and very friendly.

Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable in the room I stayed in. I had to sleep on the lounge. Would have been good if the pool was opened a little later in the evening.

Convenient, comfortable, relaxing, affordable, and safe.

Pros: The location was ideal. Very close to the beach, shops and night life. This does not mean it was loud; in fact it was very tranquil. We left our luggage at reception for 2 days during our trip to Phi Phi and everything was safe upon our return. I felt safe and comfortable to stay at Naina. The pool was also great and the staff gave us towels to use at the pool.

Cons: The air-con and our door lock was broken when we arrived, but they sent someone to fix it. After our return from Phi Phi, we got a different room, where the air-con was faulty again, tap leaked, and the safe was broken. After complaining, we were given a different room where everything worked well.

Pros: The pool was nice, room was spacious for my sibling and I, close walk into nightlife/restaurants/convenience shops, staff were friendly, good value for money!
