Aim House

Great place

Pros: The owner met us outside of check in times and was really nice. The room was a great size, balcony had a great view of the mountain. Room was clean Location was great- right across the road from 7/11 & 15 min walk to the beach. Would reccommend.

Cons: There was a small staine on one of the beds but that was very minor.

Comfortable and within walking distance

Pros: Very clean, massive fridge, plenty of mirrors, and cute outside balcony. Had a power outage during the stay but we were on our way out, it was fixed by the afternoon. I work in hotels so can appreciate their speedy response to it.

Cons: Bare bones amenities. But very cheap area in Patong; so ultimately it is a great deal. Roads are crazy round the area, if you have little ones it might be hard to get to the beach area. WiFi can be up and down.

Nice location with clean room

Pros: Good location. Very clean room. One towel per person per day for the beach.

Good experience

Pros: Great location if you're into Patong. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. The price was also very good. Overall, a good experience.

Cons: Laundry was a bit on the pricier side. However, what annoyed me the most is that the staff sewed a purple fabric into each piece of clothing that I had washed. I have since had to use a scissor to remove the fabric from all my clothes, which left some with minor holes.

Pros: Staff very professional but friendly at the same time. Although rooms are a bit small, the space is enough for one person. The rooms are cleaned everyday and water also refilled everyday. Bed was the most comfortable.. For a solo budget traveller, I felt comfortable and safe, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Aim House in Phuket. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly, always making me feel welcome. Housekeeping was done daily, with great attention to detail. Each day, they provided complimentary bottled water, shampoo, and even ear cleaners, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is perfect — close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore Phuket. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and convenience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Aim House to anyone visiting Phuket.

Pros: This place is amazing. The staff is so helpful and it's total value for money. Even though it's on the main road, it was very quiet and a ten minute walk from the busy areas. There's a 7-11 nearby and loads of restaurants close by as well. Loved my stay.

Pros: What I liked most was how clean everything was. For a boutique hotel like this I wasn't expecting this standard of management starting from guest management to facilities they provided. The staff were great people too! From outside it might not look like much but the rooms speak for the quality of this accommodation!

Cons: Nothing in particular. This is subjective but the super soft mattress might leave some people like me with sore backs in the morning.

Pros: Absolutely great location. Room was gorgeous. Balcony was great. The amenities were perfect and the staff was incredibly lovely.
