Amazing

Pros: It was incredible! Our room was upgraded and it was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The sushi restaurant was delicious and the cocktails at the bar were really nice! The staff were excellent, we were so impressed.

Pros: Amazing experience in a unique & stunning resort. A tranquil oasis of natural beauty. Fabulous views of the pools from our room with wonderful attention to detail with all the plants, trees and flowers truly beautiful. Fabulous food in the restaurant and staff were outstanding.

Cons: The location of the AC blowing on the bed but it is what it is and no AC is not an option

One of the best I have stayed in

Pros: Beautiful chic modern resort in the heart of Patong beach. Yet far away towards the forest end and walking distance to the main areas. Very good vibes. Great music playlist too as they had a lot of my own Mediterranean modern mixes

Truly stunning and worth your while

Pros: The property is absolutely stunning, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, making for a truly memorable stay. The variety at breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to it every day. There were staff that walked around, offering tastings of things not on the buffet. That was always fun because we tried things we probably wouldn't have picked out. The lady that worked at the Kids Club was truly amazing. It's been several months since our trip and my son still asks about her.

Cons: Rooms facing the pool offer a beautiful view and a true sense of the hotel's charm. However, city-facing rooms, especially those near the hotel beside Dinso, can experience constant noise from air conditioners. We were initially placed in a corner unit, where the air conditioner next to our balcony created a sound like pouring rain every day. Thankfully, our request for a room change was kindly accommodated. While our new room still faced the city, it was far from the noisy air conditioning units, which made for a much more peaceful stay.

Pros: Amazing facilities, little oasis in crazy Patong Staff are super kind Breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit cut in front of you Beds were very comfortable

Cons: Bedroom was on a smaller side When we arrived there was unpleasant damp smell in our room but it was gone in few days Bathroom didn’t really match the rest of the facilities, old and dated

The on-site restaurant serves delicious, well-prepared dishes at very reasonable prices. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delightful experience. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value and an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service.

Amazing property with plenty of things to do within the property and relax. I will definitely visit again

Pros: The place has a very unique style. The pool was super clean and relaxing. The buffet for breakfast was amazing and full of options and food was rich in flavour with plenty of options. The staff is more than helpful and just amazing, I had an issue on my day 1 where the operations manager Rahul and all the front office staff were quick to resolve and left us with a memorable stay

Jungle Chic

Pros: Nicely set back from Patong madness but within easy reach of the fun .. the room was fantastic, and the jungle aesthetic was so cool - excellent food with amazing choice for vegans and vegetarians with brilliant staff

Cons: There was a significant amount of construction underway running 12 hours a day - no getting away from that - would have been good to know in advance
