Convenient, comfortable and welcoming. we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The property was in a great location, right in the centre of everything. There’s a 7-Eleven, laundromat and pharmacy right next door. The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. As two female travellers, we felt very safe staying here. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and we also met the hotel manager, who was very accommodating and welcoming.

Cons: The hotel is on a busy road, so there can be some noise, particularly in the evenings. Our room was roadside, so traffic could be heard at times. That said, it didn’t impact our stay as the location was extremely convenient and perfect for our plans.

Pros: I loved this hotel so much. The room was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and everything felt brand new. The terrace was fantastic and super clean as well. There’s a café downstairs and the food is very good, which was a nice bonus. The location was great for me, with a 7-Eleven right in front and everything you need close by. The pool area was very nice; I just wish there was a place to sunbathe. Other than that, I honestly didn’t want to leave! Thank you so much 😊

Pros: stayed here for 6 days , very comfortable , great location , near 24 hrs 7eleven and self laundry . honestly walkable location , theres a lot of store/bars open until late night around there. if want to enquiry anything better in the morning as there’s no staff at night . (not a problem to me) the staff are helpful , very easy checking in and checking out . our room tv was broken and the staff and perhaps owner ? helped us solve the problem , they changed the whole tv bcs i cant change to another room (upstairs) bcs of my pregnant condition . i was staying downstair room. quite peaceful , just sometimes road noise w motorcycle but not really a big problem for me. its bearable. its quite peaceful maybe bcs theres no kids screaming haha

Pros: Excellent guesthouse, the only minus was bathroom- the whole floor gets wet after shower (it's all as intended) so it was not neccesarily comfortable to use bathroom after shower due to walking og wet floor. Room was comfortable and decently big, food is incredibly delicious (but a bit pricey but absolutely worth it!). Pool area is also really nice and We had it all for ourselves during our stay.

Pros: The property is both a coffeehouse and a guesthouse! It’s designed in a very cozy and coastal style. Giving you the extra homely holiday vibe. I stayed at the room just beside the pool. No noise issue we slept through the night. It is very well designed, huge, comfortable and just like the photos. I wish I could have a longer stay here! I also like their coffee at their coffee house. It is delicious. Location is great, there’s local restaurants, bar , laundry and 7-11.

Cons: You have to buy your own water bottles. There’s no refill but it’s not a big issue at all.

Overall, it’s 4/5. The street noise was sometimes unbearable

Pros: The interior was amazing and room very clean, just like on the pictures. There is also cafe where they make very good breakfast and coffee. The pool was also very good.

Cons: Definitely the street noise. The windows are very thin and even when completely closed, you hear a lot of outside noise

Pros: Had a lovely big room. It was on a very busy road, but it was like stepping into an oasis, very calm, and blocked a lot of the noise out. Walking distance to patong beach and walking strip.

Cons: Still could hear a little noise from the road, but after the 20k steps we did and the comfy bed we slept really well. The room had a bath with a shower head, but had to hold the shower head to use.

Pros: Very strategic place, very clean, very comfortable, room are also spacious! Totally would come again next time to stay here in Patong! Love it soo muchh

Don’t think twice, book a room

Pros: The location is perfect. In less than 30m you have a 7/11, a laundry, a motorbike rental, massage, hairdresser,… Jonceylon and night market are 5 to 10 min walk. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beakfast/sandwich/restaurant shop downstairs is a must try. The rooms are clean and spacious. The relaxing backyard with the swimming pool and cosy corner is perfect to chill. Wifi is good. First time I see a guesthouse equipped with Dyson Hairdryer… even hotels will never provide such quality device.. This value for money is unbeatable in Patong. We will definitely come again for our next Phuket trip

Cons: Full blind curtains would be a plus on the side window
