Pros: It's a really wonderful value for money. Nice facilities, all that you need in the room. They clean the room fast and perfectly and I really liked the woman who did it, she was nice and polite. It's also very convenient that they do laundry, so you don't need to think about your clothes. The air conditioner is a little noisy, so if you have trouble with sleep take plugs. We were fine, but I saw that people in reviews mention that. Lavazza cafe nearby is perfect for breakfast.

Cons: Everything is cool.

Pros: This was my second stay at Grand View. Luca and his team were brilliant hosts, once again. They are very welcoming and supportive. I can thoroughly recommend staying at Grand View.

Great place/value for money

Pros: Staff very helpful, very nice and friendly owner. room was very spacious, very clean and surprisingly quiet. Mattress and pillow very comfortable. This room should be selling for at least 3 times the price I paid!!! Will most certainly be staying there when I return to Patong. It's a 10/15 minute walk to Jungceylon shopping mall, and Bangla road. There's Da Moreno authentic Pizzeria just 2 minutes walk. Many restaurants and massages within walking distance. Highly recommended

Cons: The only 'negative' side, is that the hotel is situated at the top of a small 'hill', which is a bit steep, if you are walking. But it's only 20/30 metres. I had to find something 'wrong':)

Absolutely great staff and view!

Pros: Nice hotel with a great location, absolutely great staff and very easy check-in and check-out. We struggled a little with the air conditioning but that was only a minor issue. I can definitely recommend it ^^

Cons: Struggle with air conditioner. Electricity dont work without card
