Palmview Resort

Pros: For one person the room was gigantic and as it was super peak season it makes it hard for me to make a fair comment on value for money. The staff were helpful after Malaysian airlines delayed my baggage. There's lot of food options near by and a convenience store across the street.

Cons: A bit of a walk to get to the beach and the main part of Patong, but the upside of that is you're away from most of the late night noise so I slept well.

Pros: Well kept, Good size rooms, cleaned everyday,great location mixture of local life and people on holiday..Staff are amazing so helpful and the wee cafe serves fantastic food at a very affordable price…Stayed there 20 years ago and service was exceptional too

Great location and good value for money

Pros: Great location, friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. Cheap bike ride ($2) to the hustle and bustle of Bangla road, but many great bars and restaurants around. Will definitely be back!!

Pros: All the staff from Poo the owner/manager, to the two ladies that excel in rustling up delicious food in the restaurant at the front of the hotel, to the cleaning staff were always cheerful and helpful without anything being too much trouble for them. I stayed in the suite which was spotlessly clean. Location is good, Jungceylon, Bangla Rd and Patong Beach are only 15 min walk away if you fancy stretching your legs.

Cons: I thought the A/C could be a little cooler but maybe that's just me.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms. Good location The restaurant at the hotel was very good and had a nice range of dishes.

We have stayed here many times before and always look forward to coming back.

Pros: The bed was super comfortable and our room was close to the pool. Downstairs there’s a great little cafe to have lunch. Next door the bar and restaurant is suited to customers over 35. They also serve great food and the drinks are inexpensive.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

A nice stay. Did not disappoint but did not exceed expectations. Worth the money.

Pros: The property did the job. It was a clean, affordable place. Nice balcony too. The staff were always on hand if needed and offered to clean the room again on the second day. Many nice breakfast and dinner options within 1/2 minute walk from the resort. Patong beach and Patong Walking Street 10/15 min walk.

Cons: The property is on a busy road, can be difficult getting around during the day when there is lots of traffic.
