Pros: Reception girl back my room key which I lost near Reception..she's great to handle very welcoming...

Easy stay

Pros: Not too far from the main things to do. Kind staff and the room was clean.

Pros: What a great team running this place, very helpful and friendly. The cleaners do a great job. Manager always friendly, already missing them. The roof terrace is great for a sunset watch and a chill, pool is ideal. Location could not be any more perfect, a short walk to everything, or get one of the million mopeds about, if your BRITISH...... GET an international driving licence of its 1000bht a day when the police pull you...AND THEY WILL.., and always wear ya lid, another 1000bht... Some really good bars and coffeeshops on Nanai Rd,,,, crazy place but can't wait go back.. If you have a room over the Nanai Rd then it does get busy and noisy, ni w restaurant next door stays over till 6am!!! Looks after the local workers who go for a feeding after they work. Thailand I miss you already and I only landed 2hrs ago back home...

Pros: The property was easy to find grate location with everyone you need around it. Receptionist were some of the best people I have met in Thailand. Cleaners were also great

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Decent hotel

Pros: The staff were very helpful. I was incredibly sick and in the morning they replaced all of our bedding, towels and did a full room clean and they were so nice about it. There’s a lift which is great for the upper floors.

Cons: It was expensive for what it was but everywhere was booked up so we had no choice.

Good value

Pros: Comfy bed. They cleaned room every day without asking which was nice

Cons: Room a bit on the small side. Need a couple more chairs by pool

A nice hotel in a great location with lovely people. Plenty of day trips out available with pick up direct from the hote

Pros: Excellent location , very spacious rooms and immaculately clean. 88 Hotel has a friendly , positive atmosphere with such lovely, friendly people and they were all very welcoming. Such a lovely place, can’t wait to go back there.

Cons: The only recommendation I could say is to maybe have a couple more sun loungers around the pool, but I am not complaining as I had such a lovely stay here.

Improve the doors.

Pros: DOORS NEED TO IMPROVE. WITH THAT PRICE WE DESERVE BETTER SAFE DOOR. MY FIRST ROOM WAS ROOM 704 AND THE GAP IN THE DOOR IS SCARY. I OPEN THE DOOR BY SLIDING THE CARD TO THE LOCK. I WAS SURPRISED WITH THIS AND REPORTED TO THE RECEPTIONIST AND SEND ONE STAFF TO CHECK THE DOOR 🚪. WHILE I SHOW HERE SHE TRY TO SHOW ME HOW TO LOCK THE DOOR BUT AS THIS IS NOT THE CASE IT TAKES ME MORE TIME TO EXPLAIN THAT WHY I OPEN THE DOOR BY SLIDING MY CARD THROUGH THE GAP TO THE LOCK? WHEN SHE REALISED THAT THEY MOVE ME TO ROOM 705. ROOM 705 ALSO A BIG GAP ON THE DOOR FROM INSIDE BECAUSE THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR IS POOR. THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY CLEAN AND SATISFIED. THE RECEPTIONIST AND OTHER STAFF ARE AMAZING. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS THE DOORS.

Cons: only the doors.

Pros: Great hotel great staff, nanai road always best place to stay

Cons: Aircon was lil poor but ok
