The Great @Patong Hotel

Pros: I was lucky to have a room to the backside (not the street) and it was quite! Also. The room was clean and spacious! Best thing is: the friendly stuff!! The boys working downstairs at super nice and helpful with everything (thank u so much, warren and Paul (I hope I remember it right) for all your help , support and nice chats! The hotel is not located next to the very centre (bana street) which is a good thing for me because it is not so stress and noisy. Anything u need is still near (restaurants bars AND a super cool fruit shop next door) . Oh, the shower and wifi , both work very well!!

Cons: My room did not have a view or balcony. (But I used the balcony on 5th floor for smoking and beer drinking;-) )

Lovely- great value stay in Thailand!

Pros: The location is good- walking distance to the gym, shops and beach. The Thai staff were really accommodating and lovely. For value accomodation, very much recommend :)

Cons: Would recommend getting a kind room with a balcony over the deluxe king room as the balcony doesn't face the street.

Amazing stay, amazing location

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this lovely family run hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and helpful advice. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is fantastic just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would totally recommend it. The hotel is small, so it has a nice, friendly vibe. The room was spacious and renovated. The manager and the staff are super kind — they know every guest and always say hello or talk to you. The manager was very helpful. She helped us choose and book a trip, which was great. If you stay here, I really recommend a trip to the Similan Islands.

Amazing

Pros: We booked this property due to the location and good reviews and wow we had such an amazing service. The hotel is situated in a great location walking distance from a lot of food places. When we arrived Warren and his team upgraded our room. The bed is so comfy and the ac is 10/10. We also ordered pizza from the hotel and it was so delicious. Highly recommend staying here best value for the price, great location if you are wanting to be close to Patong beach and lovely customer service.

Very pleasant stay in a simple, clean and accessible hotel.

Pros: Host and owner was very welcoming and nice, and made it easy to reach her or the staff for any assistance. The room was clean and everything seemed well maintained.

Cons: The shower heating unit seemed to only work for short periods and provided hot water only for a couple mins at a time. Also, the air con unit didn't seem to be responsive to the controls, so that might be an issue for some. Other than that, this is more akin to a very well maintained hostel in terms of decor and overall design, with the exception that you have seperate rooms. This is more a critique to help manage expectations as it's a no frills sort of space that's comfortable and pleasant.

I will stay here again 100%

Pros: Best staff ever. Warren and Mel are amazing. They helped a lot to extend my stay and also got from them early and late check out.
