Shambhala grand villa by Cozy Lake

Loved it and would love to come back

Pros: The villa was in a quiet and secure neighbourhood so felt very safe. It was a short walk (10-15 minutes away) from a strip of shops and restaurants which was very convenient. There was a free shuttle to Bang Tao beach between 10am and 3pm which was handy. Our villa was cleaned once in our week’s stay snd our water refilled which I wasn’t expecting so a good surprise. Communication with the host was seamless and they allowed us to check-in early when we arrived.

Cons: The bathroom was clean but the actual toilet could’ve been cleaner. There were ants which is expected in a tropical country and they did try to spray the room but it didn’t really help. Not a negative but more of a warning. It’s not a big deal though

It was great, will be back again.

Pros: Loved its location, quiet yet close by to amenities. Well furnished and very clean.

Pros: Location amazing with the option to use shuttle service. Very thoughtful. Very secured and Ya the Villa manager was very accommodating and helpful

Cons: overall experience was very enjoyable and we had nothing we did not like

Pros: Spacious 2 bedroom villa with a pool. Toothbrush, shampoo and shower gel is furnished. The person in charge, Yaya is responsive to the issues that we encountered. Electricity is already included in the cost and not separately charged.

Cons: The pool is very shallow for adults, perhaps 1m depth. Good for a few strokes

Spacious villa with big pool

Pros: Location is excellent, and quite surrounding. Good escape for relaxing with spacious villa and pool. It’s my second time here and I love it.

Cons: Nothing.

Memorable !

Pros: Une belle villa très bien équipée et magnifique, l’accès à la piscine est juste incroyable. Une panne de la douche a été très vite réglée. Très bonne interaction avec le loueur.

Cons: Odeur d’humidité (sans doute la Climatisation) dans la chambre 2. Le quartier est peu attractif des constructions intenses des la sortie.

It was good stay over all

Pros: The cleanliness was good well maintained property responsive staff.

Cons: The villa lacked some basic amenities like they don’t provide with basic toiletries like facial tissues kitchen tissues hand washes they can improve on these aspects.

Pros: Превосходная вилла, суппер бассейн, особенно когда вы с детьми он не глубокий. Есть все принадлежности на кухне. Классное расположение , рядом все рестораны магазины. Все чисто и красиво. Охраняемая зона. Советую.

Cons: Нет мыла для рук ( но это не минус ) это совет для туристов

Magnifique séjour dans cette superbe villa

Pros: Nous avons tout aimé , la villa est propre soignée, avec tout les équipements nécessaires, il n'y a vraiment rien à dire tout était parfait. L'hôte est joignable , serviable elle nous a trouvé une voiture à louer et nous l'avons récupérer devant la réception. Le ménage a été fait. Je vous le recommande vivement. Très sécurisé.

Cons: Juste petit bémol pour les matelas qui à notre gout sont un peu trop dur mais sinon tout était parfait.
