Cons: A suggestion for improvement would be to provide buckets and mugs in the bathroom, and to offer a greater variety or quantity of toiletries based on the length of the stay..

Pros: Pool was really good! Room was cleaned perfectly every time we asked and was in an excellent location

Cons: It was a little noisy in our room as our balcony door didn’t shut properly but we expected it to be a little noisy with traffic as we are on Patong street what else do you expect!

Pros: I stayed at The Star House for 2 days and really had a peaceful stay! The location is perfect right in Patong, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable. A special mention to the boy at the reception, who was very sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Great value for money. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Patong!

Cons: It would be great if the hotel could provide iron box for guests to use. Overall i had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel 420 Patong! The location is perfect—very close to all the popular spots, including food courts, nightlife, and Patong Beach, all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Room service was provided daily, keeping everything clean and comfortable. A special shout-out to the manager, who was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel for convenience and excellent service.

Quite, clean and welcoming accommodation

Pros: Nice hotel with excellent quality/price ratio. Furniture in the rooms is the classic minimalist Thai style, a little outdated possibly, but overall the room was well maintained, vibrantly painted and most importantly clean. The establishment foyer is quite sleek looking and spacious. Common areas are modern. The vibe is welcoming and quiet, and the location very convenient next to Malin night market but not suffering from noise.
