SM Patong Resort

Pros: I had a pleasant stay at SM Patong Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient. Overall, a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

Great value for money

Pros: Nice quiet area of Patong. The room was lovely air con ice cold. Loved the pool area too

Cons: Slightly out of the way of the main strip. But definitely walkable

Pros: Stayed here before pretty much the same. Near to patong Beach

Pros: Checked in an hour early. The administrators are polite. The manager held the reservation for me, despite the lack of prepayment. The room is spacious, bright, clean, quiet. The view from the window of the suite is beautiful. Hot water and fast Wi-Fi were always available. The air conditioner and refrigerator worked. Cleaning starts on the fourth day. They bring 2 bottles of water. The cleaners are nice and try very hard, bed linen and towels are always clean. The beach is nearby, 15 minutes walk. The nearest supermarket is 1 minute away. I liked everything very much, I will definitely come back again! Thank you for your hospitality. I recommend it.

Cons: Disadvantages: the door lock is weak, closes half a turn, it was scary to sleep on the first nights. There is no shower gel, only soap in pieces.

Pros: The location was fantastic Staff friendly and extremely helpful, pleasant service Service was great, their attitude was wonderful. Every staff member tried their best to accommodate me and made me feel comfortable. Smiling and asking me if I was OK all the time as a solo traveller, it was comforting. I felt safe and secure in my room. The hotel has easy transport cabs or motorbike, laundry services right next door, local food, and 7/11. To mins walk down the rd, you're out of the noise husle and bustle of a seaside town but local enough to walk down to patong Beach Felt wonderful warm energy. Felt like a home from home. I will definitely be back

Cons: There was no plug socket for my bath i requested a few times, but no one got one for the length of my stay. It's not a big issue, but there wasn't a bath, which I personally prefer before a shower.

Pros: Easy walk to the beach and market. Spacious room with a large bed, excellent amenities, and cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff. Two free waters.

perfectly fine for solo travels. they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable.

Pros: I had a wonderful time here. The receptionist was lovely and took me into town on full moon celebration. very lovely will stay here again on my return

Cons: unfortunately, my bathroom had a bath with no plug I did request for one everyday throughout the stay but none was available

Pros: I like the staff (Specially Fire) and service and also facility to book tour from hotel. Room was little old fashioned but it was good and comfortable.

Cons: My room was 204 and it's lock was not good and they didn't give water on time but later I managed.
