Pros: Very peaceful. Room spotless. Floors cleaned everyday. The beach is so quiet and one of the best I’ve ever been to. New toothbrushes and toiletries were provided when room was cleaned. even when asked to not be disturbed, staff Would leave new bottles of water and toilet roll in plastic bag on our door. Perfect service .

Cons: nothing. Very pleasant time stayed here, Would definitely come back.

Beautiful location

Pros: Location was perfect, quiet and away from the busy nightlife. Private trip arranged through hotel was perfect.

Cons: Pool area is in need of a refurb, fake grass torn up, some beds uncomfortable and tiles missing but still lovely and peaceful. Our room had a terrible sewage smell, other rooms didn't. Staff said they would look into it but we were only there for 2 days. Have to understand that this is an island and sewage system is not perfect. Breakfast options poor but lots of places to go to away from hotel.

Pros: Location was great, I stayed in the pool villa so having a private pool was great.

Cons: I would have liked an additional bathroom in the 2 bedroom villa.

Pros: We loved our two bedroom pool villa room and free mini bar ! Very few staff could speak English, however, there was a lovely lady who helped us book some tours and she was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast! It was really disappointing. A few really local dishes and plain spaghetti ! Only watermelon (for fruit). Saying that, I did have an omelette made each day and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We felt the resort focused too much on providing lunches for tour groups more than looking after their resort customers. Also, the resort is too far from the port if you have mobility issues. There was a representative who met us at the port when we arrived (and also other customers). He led us to the resort and had our bags on a trolley. He walked too quickly (we couldn't keep up)! I think it was to make us think the resort was closer to the port than it actually is.

Pros: Exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a Pool Villa and it was wonderful. The private pool was great. The breakfast was good. Location was brilliant- close but far enough away from the night life of Phi Phi

Pros: Had to book here last minute for the night, staff were more than accommodating and understood we had an early check out the next day due to an early rise for a boat trip. Faculties were great, tidy and pool area was great.
