Pros: Everything is just perfect. Especially looking at the price. The rooms are big enough, there is a fridge, kettle, AC, TV, hot water with great pressure, big wardrobe. It's clean and people are friendly. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this place and we are happy that we booked it despite the rating.

Cons: I can't think of a one thing really and to be honest, those that rated this place with 1 star must be just mean.
