Nice place, perfect location

Pros: I like the room, location, and the breakfast. The staff was nice. The location is the best. Breakfast was good , you can have multiple choices. You can enjoy the bar and their food in the restaurant.

Cons: It would be nice to have a lounge common area and a small sofa in the room when i was there, no lights in the elevator more than a week. It is a small issue but these kind of small things should be fixed quickly.

A comfortable, affordable hotel to get some sleep.

Pros: Location is close to Soi Sansabai (which leads on to Bangla Road), beside Banzaan markets, and an easy walk to Nanai Rd. A good laundromat beside the hotel, which made it very easy to get clothing washed & dried. OTOP is about a 15-minute walk but easier to get a tuk-tuk or motorbike taxi. Room was surprisingly quiet during my stay, and the Air Con was nice and cold. A great hotel to pick if you simply want a decent bed to rest your head after a long day/night enjoying Phuket.

Cons: The sports bar at the lobby of the hotel had a limited range of sporting coverage, they could not show the sport I was asking for. However, plenty of other sports bars in the area. Not a critique, but a note for readers - This isn't a hotel to pick if you are going to be at the hotel 90%+ of the time. This is a hotel to select for a room to sleep at, after a day of being out and about.

Pros: the location perfect, all services very near to us not noisy area

Cons: - towels need to be renewed - the lady which was working in morning buffet on 3rd of July was extremely rude and upset when i asked her to bring something more than once she were talking with her boyfriend while working time! other than this event every thing was perfect
