Pros: Hotel room was superb, bed and shower was brilliant the hot water was great, very clean hotel room and breakfast was good too

Pros: If we can have bottle water aside , because some of us we missed brakefast and did some activities. Least of I carry bottle water m sorted.

Cons: The pool area should be open until 00:00 and your wifi needs to reach the pool area too.

Pros: Good location. Centre of town & close to beach. Loads of day / night life close by. Patong beach was great for sunbathing, swimming, activites, massage, food, drink, sunrise & sunset.

Cons: Expensive for the facilities. Roof top pool had safety issues. Breakfast ok. Positioned at end of small road.

A great value for money stay

Pros: I would like to say thank you to all the staff at phoenix grand patong for making my stay here a very comfortable and welcoming one. I especially am thankful to the amazing hospitality shown by Joe who has been super friendly from day 1 as well as professional in the handling of his responsibilities. I'm also grateful to chef baew the food he had made on request and the rest of the kitchen staff I was not able to meet. Thank you to the cleaning staff as well for their care and respectful behaviour, and lastly to the reception staff for their kindness and helpfulness when I needed.I hope that next year I'll be able to come again because it has been a great experience.

Cons: If I had to really think I only had an issue with the Aircon which leaked a bit but I was not bothered by it.

I understand that there are check-in rules and that there may genuinely have been no available rooms at that time. However, communication in English was difficult, which caused some misunderstanding. Perhaps I also did not explain perfectly, but we did not receive any help Цойwith early check-in. If you have an early arrival, it’s better not to rely on early check-in.

Pros: The rooms were big, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for all the nightlife. The pool was perfect 👌

Cons: It's a little dated, and the reception area doesn't do the rooms justice. She could use a lick of paint and a bit of love to get her to her full potential.
