Pros: Very clean, kind staff and the pool area is amazing. Very short walk to Bangla road

Cons: A portion of our bond was taken for dirt on the towels. Hard to avoid that considering having wet dirty feet when arriving back at the hotel

Pros: Great quiet location. I’ve stayed in this area a few times and Neon is the quietest. Always clean Great and friendly staff who are always willing to help. LALA who is part of the cleaning staff and who cleaned my room every day is fantastic. She always ensured the room was clean and always on time.

Cons: Neon MUST change their beds. They are very uncomfortable and it needs to change. Very hard to sleep sometimes. They need buy new beds that are either single or 100% actual double beds NOT joined single beds. They also need to have 4 pillows as 1 each person is not enough.

Great spot close to everything / nightlife

Pros: I liked the room furniture especially the latex bench for naughty times. :-) good size room and fairly comfortable bed . Offers great privacy as the lifts are outside so nobody sees who you bring back.

Cons: The prices of beer etc at reception is a rip off

Pros: Location right in the centre of Batong , next to Banzaan food market and close to the famous Bangla street.. Lea and Alice are superb front desk managers , they make you feel at home with their exceptional welcoming attitude... Swimming pool on the 9th floor is great to unwind with cocktails and drinks....it remains open even after sunset...

Cons: There was some noise from the Bangla boxing ring , but it was fine with me...
