Pros: Very clean and hygienic rooms. Walking distance to Bangla Walking Street and the hustle bustle of Patong

Cons: The rooms were a bit small, but the overall stay was really good.

Pros: Good location near all facilities. Excellent staff room brand new fittings

Cons: They charge 1000 Baht deposit for room key card which is unnecessary,

Pros: Very central, rooms very spacious, modern and extremely clean. All the facilities in the rooms are beautiful and all brand new from wireless chargers to brand new bathrooms

Cons: Staff are friendly but hard to communicate with and also the lobby area is a bit of a construction site.

The place was comfortable.

Pros: The location of the place. Your are in the center of ‘all’ the action in Patong. It is close to the shops, 10 minutes to the beach. Everything is literally on the corner. It has everything what you need even the wireless chargers for phones and tablets. The friendliness of the staff.

Cons: Patong is a very busy place.

Pros: Really close to patong beach street, so as expected noise at night but it did not bother us, room is good with a new TV, the pool on the rooftop is nice. I love that they offer you razors since you cannot bring it on the plane

Best location, Clean room, Nice hotel with great amenities within and around hotel.

Pros: Location: Situated in heart of phuket at 300 mts away from Bangla road where city never sleeps. Neighbourhood: Surronded by Travel agents to book your day trips, medical stores, multiple 7/11 shops, super market, shopping mall, restaurants, food market and local markets around Room: Very clean, with free water bottle supplies, clean bathroom with hot/cold water with full pressure, terrace swimming pool, luggage storage facitlies. Staff: Very polite and helpful when needed. Commute: Taxis, Buses and Tuk Tuk (Rickshwas) available right outside the hotel on the street.

Cons: No access to common kitchen especially handy when you travel with kids.

Pros: outside look like not so good. but inside the room is fine, near to bangla road

Pros: Good location, near bangla and next to the beach, nice pool on the rooftop. We stayed there only for 2 nights, on nye and we chose the hotel for the location

Cons: Room a little bit tight, and cleanness can be improved.

Overall,it was a comfortable stay, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.

The staff were courteous, helpful, and kind throughout the stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a comfortable and flexible stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Cons: One area that could be improved is the swimming pool. While the rooftop setting was nice, the pool itself was smaller than expected and could be more spacious. Additionally, the pricing felt slightly on the higher side, and more flexible or competitive pricing would enhance the overall value.
