Very enjoyable holiday all areas were excellent .

Pros: Lovely small boutique . Very good housekeeping , always a pleasure to come back to room . Big room we had a deluxe room , comfortable bed lovely sheets and towels changed every day . Air con worked well and shower powerful . Very central to beach and restaurants and bars . Reception staff friendly and helpful . Met manager several times friendly with good English . We stayed 4 weeks so felt that we became like family !

Cons: Breakfast was. Interesting , spaghetti and fish ! But also usual spread so something for everyone . 2 flights of stairs to room as no lift .

Pros: Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walking from the beach. Surrounding area is safe and has lots of restaurants, supermarkets, drug stores and bars. Room is quite, silent, clean and with very comfortable beds. Bathroom the same, much cleaner than in other hotels in the area. The bus from/to the airport is 5 minutes walking which is very convenient. Breakfast is very good and served by the pool with fruits, eggs, toasts, coffee, juices, etc. Bonus for the staff: cleaning team always smiling and the lady at the reception is simple the best: speaks English, has tips on what to do in the area, always willing for a chat with a great smile. I ordered a few packs on line before my arrival and she had everything ready when I checked-in! 5 stars service!

Cons: Bear in mind that majority of clients are couples/families from Russia (the same for the surrounding area) so atmosphere is not that warm as you would see in other places with more international environment. It is not a bad thing, but if you travel alone like I did, this is not the place to eventually meet/talk to new people.

Pros: Nice location and quite new hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The checkin was easy and great front desk staff

Pros: The location is good, the room is big and comfortable, very cold ac, huge bed. The pool is small but nice and clean. Good Internet connection. Smart TV in the bedroom. Breakfast included was okay, nothing exceptional.

Cons: Even though the bathroom is good and you have everything you need it would have been great to have at least a shower curtain as the water is going everywhere when you are taking a shower. Parking in front for the scooter was sometimes full so hard to park your scooter. The sound insulation for the bedroom could be better, you can hear people outside but it isn't too bad.

Pros: Very nice place! Location is perfect, hotel staff is very friendly. But first of all this hotel is the new one. In my opinion the age of Phuket hotels is important. It smells as a new and all things in their rooms are new and luxury. The restaurant is clean and the breakfast was nice. Recommended.

Pros: Нормальные завтраки. Есть что покушать, кофе, чай, фрукты. Лояльность персонала, расположение в глубине от шумной улицы

Cons: Нет лифтов, не разнообразный завтрак. Не очень хороший душ- почти сломана(очень старая) сантехника, температура воды постоянно скачет в кипяток.

Pros: This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place for the outstanding service, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
