Pros: Very modern hotel on Patak road . We were not on the road side so very quiet . There is building work going on but we were out most of the day so didn't notice any noise . The staff are lovely here . Cleaned daily . In a good position near Karon Beach. Loads of bars ,restaurants and shops near by . Overall a jice stay Lovely beds and bathroom

Cons: You can get a bit of noise from people shutting the doors to rooms as they are a bit clangy .

Pros: new hotel, clean, spacious room. We had a view of the mountain, it was very quiet, you couldn’t hear any noise from the street. Supermarket 7/11 1 minute walk, market 3 minutes, beach 5 minutes.

Pros: The room was huge and with a balcony, everything was well organized. Breakfast was good, I would suggest have one more option close to western breakfast.

Pros: breakfast was nice, staff are friendly, rooms are very clean, beaches are great for family - clean and friendly.

Cons: karon in general smells a little different, there is a smell from toilets - related to sewer systems

Pros: Large room! Friendly staff. I had a room on the north side, so there wasn't too hot insidde at daytime, it was comfortable to use a balcony. I didn't hear noise at night. Shops, restaurants and other facitilies are nearby.
