Pros: Overall, it's not a bad hotel. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach, close to many restaurants, massage parlors and shops. The room is spacious, has everything you need for living, and a very comfortable bed.
Cons: Very monotonous and simple breakfasts, it was the same every day! The omelet was always cold, and the cook girl always had a displeased face when you asked her for something! It's like she's really tired of us! I also think that for a hotel of this level, the rooms should be equipped with slippers.

I enjoyed my stay and was sorry to be checking out so soon.
Pros: The breakfast team were very friendly and helpful. I was quite happy with the breakfast choice available. All the team were friendly and easy to speak too.
Cons: All round I was very happy all members of staff made me most welcome. Mr. Harry at front desk couldn’t do enough for me and the other members also.

Very nice, could be exceptional if they fix the hot water issue
Pros: This is a great hotel, it could be exceptional if they fixed the hot water issue in the shower. When the receptionist told us the barely tepid water was very hot for asian people, I then knew she was lying, she should have told us there are on going issues. The room size was great, large bed and all very clean. Nice pool. Very good location too.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff!
Pros: Wonderful stay! The room was modern, clean and comfortable and the location couldn’t be better, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach. Everything I needed was there, even beach towels, which made things super convenient. What really stood out, though, was the warm welcome at the reception. Hazel was always friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful with every little request. Her kindness and positive energy made the whole stay feel extra special and truly memorable. Thank you, Hazel, for making me feel so welcome, you’re a real highlight of the hotel! 😊

Relax and fabulous
Pros: I loved the hotel , beautiful nice hotel 5 minutes away from the beach. All the restaurants are around the hotel. The reception girl Hazel is so nice and kind. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. Definitely I will return back to this hotel.

If you are looking for somewhere in proximity to all of Phukets wonders, let it be Rattana!
Pros: If you are looking for somewhere in Phuket near the famous beaches (Freedom, Kamala, Kata) then this hotel is perfect. It is about a 10 min drive from Patong if you enjoy the nightlife and walkable distance to Karon beach. There are so many food options around and 7/11. The staff were so friendly and helped in every way they could, they were so understanding and polite and helped with my bags too.
Cons: That we didn’t stay longer!

A good hotel is worth the money
Pros: Nice hotel 3 minutes from the sea. There are many cafes, bars and massage centers around - everything is convenient. The rooms are in excellent condition. It can be seen that repairs were recently carried out. The breakfasts are regular. I enjoyed my vacation.
Cons: It's not the hottest water in the shower, but they said they're working on it.
