Pros: Very close to Karon beach and all the local shops and restaurants. Staff were very polite and very helpful especially the lady owner, she was always willing to help!

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Staff are amazing

Pros: Very central location which was good but meant can be very loud at night time. Staff were amazing, so friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water in shower, kettle and tea making facilities.

Cons: So much noise in the hotel and outside made it difficult to get sleep even with earplugs in. The rooms are quite dated and could do with a refurb. No lift so had to carry very heavy bags up stairs. :(

Pros: Amazing property in the centre of Karon. Huge clean room with everything we needed. Friendly welcome by the hardworking lady who runs the place who is constantly available to help at front desk. Thorough cleaning of the room every day if you need. Having tv and fridge was great too. Location was ideal for everything in Karon area. Restaurants and bars were everywhere, beach was less than 5 mins and the night market was 5 mins. From our room we heard very little music from bars so had no issues at all.

Cons: We were on top floor so lots of stairs up and down to the room. Wasn’t an issue for us at all but if it may be for you, worth sending a message ahead of time.

Nice Hotel near the beach!

Pros: The stay was really comfortable! The room was spacious, clean and with everything I needed (kettle, tea and coffee, towels, toiletries). The lady at the reception super friendly and ready to help with everything. Recommended!

Cons: For me it wasn’t a problem, but it is a very active area even in the late evening

Good value, some noisy guests

Pros: The location is 5 minutes walk to the beach and there are many stores, bistros and services such as laundries nearby. Beans place is clean and secure and staff was attentive.

Cons: I did not appreciate no desk staff at night to quieten rude guests making hall noise. Like at many other hotels some folks must believe we cannot hear them if they cannot see us, or they just don't care about others. An easy chair would be nice for evening reading.

Pleasant stay

Pros: nice location for the local bars , restaurants and the beach , clean and bright rooms

Cons: make sure you have cash to pay they don't accept card

Pros: Friendly helpful staff, good location, close to the center.
