Great hotel with super staff and excellent communication via WhatsApp for all your needs/questions etc. fantastic lo

Pros: Spacious modern and clean room… air con great, lovely balcony and view, very comfy beds and staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, just 10/15 mins walk to the beach and Main Street but peaceful in the evenings. Highly recommended!

Pros: Location and staff were amazing and for 2 people thr price is great. Plenty of water and coffee in the room. Joining instructions were great.

Cons: Not so much what I didnt like but could have done with somewhere to unpack. Some drawers and a wardrobe.

Cons: There is not much to not like about it. Unless u r very fussy. I had things in the room I didn’t use however it was good to know they were there if I did need them

Pros: Everything! The room was super clean, modern, spacious, comfortable, big tv with Netflix. Every is spotless clean, as a female solo traveller I felt very safe. Communication with host was great and super helpful. Water provided daily! As well as coffee, little kitchen is very useful and the fridge is so spacious. The price is excellent for what you get, i ended up staying a whole week.

Cons: Although I I spent 15 days, they refused to give me two hours late The location is 400 meters away from the main street, which has all services and It is 1000 kilometers from the sea, meaning you need a 15-minute walk to reach the beach There is no phone in the room to call the reception if you need anything Honestly It is not considered a hotel but a motel

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Nice friendly staff. Room was big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We had a big fridge with a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery, and tea and coffee facilities.

Cons: We hired a scooter as it was too far to walk to the beach or main area.

Recommended option in Karon beach 👍🏻

Pros: Great stay at Karon Hotel@22, a relatively new hotel in Karon beach. Clean and spacious ground floor room with a little terrace / balcony. The staff was very friendly and keen to provide the best experience during the stay. Loved the location, far from the bustle of the main street but still in a very easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach.

Cons: Some of the other hotel guests may need to be reminded by the property that shouting at night and smoking joints in the common areas are not permitted.
