Perfect stay.

Pros: Location is perfect, reception staff really nice, room good, bed comfortable.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like but breakfast wasn’t great, but so much good places around to eat, it made no difference to us.

A really comfortable stay

Pros: Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Due to dietary restrictions we used the kitchen which was so handy and there are a few supermarkets within a few minutes walk away. The location is very good, minutes walk from Kamala beach and close to the Phuket Smart bus stops. The staff are very nice and helpful especially the lovely receptionist who speaks very good English. I messaged Chay the general manager before our stay to make a few arrangements and Chay was so helpful and accommodating. The rooftop pool is very nice and the breakfast is good if you can eat everything. There are so many massage parlours but we went to the one directly opposite the hotel based on the good Google reviews and the Thai massage was really good.

Enjoyable and relaxing

Pros: Property was very modern and clean. We absolutely loved our room. Staff were friendly and were there to help if we had any questions regarding actives. The pool is lovely, and it was only a short 6 min walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants and bars also within walking distance.

Pros: The staff were amazing Rooms were spotless and had everything you needed Pool was lovely (if not too busy) Location was perfect extremely close to everything you need!

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t the best but with the price of other breakfasts around it really wasn’t that much of a bother to us
