Pros: Friendliness of staff and willingness to help. Great facilities Great breakfast-omelettes were yum No problem with gluten free as I'm coeliac Walking distance to beautiful beach

Cons: There was nothing

Pros: Accommodation was fabulous. So much storage and well thought out. Lovely pools and really good buffet breakfast.

Cons: Pool could have been cleaner and more shade would have been appreciated. Also think more information in the rooms and the pool bar would have encouraged more use if the facilities.

The staff is so kind and service-minded

Pros: The hotel is great, with excellent pool areas and on a good location of about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The breakfast was perfect and I particularly appreciated the fresh fruits and juices, as well as the cleaning of the room. But the absolutely best part of this hotel is its staff. A kind lady working at the resaurant played and carried our little baby, making our stay joyful and relaxed. We warmly recommd this hotel and will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Cons: Everything is great, no remarks

It could be better

Pros: Location even though busy road outside. Nice room clean and comfortable. Rooftop pool and lower pool nice.

Cons: Building site either side of hotel and work being done on decking around pool. Dangerous road but shuttle bus was offered

It was comfortable and I enjoyed it, the staff was also very attentive

Pros: It was in a good location, it was clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday, and clean towels were given each day

Cons: The WiFi is not consistent but that’s not a huge deal. The shuttle could be every hour instead of every 2 hours

Pros: Space of the room and the double air conditioning is great.

Cons: Couch was a bit dirty, could have been cleaned.

Pros: It was a nice room liked having the separate bedroom from the seating and kitchenete area change beds every 2 days The staff were very helpful overall it was a nice hotel

Cons: The decoration needs a bit of a overhaul they never cleaned the sink in the bathroom and they must of had a leak as there was black stain on the cealing in the bathroom that needed painting

Pros: Pool great, breakfast consistant, staff lovely, gym great

Cons: Not enough sun loungers, breakfast could change offer more, room needed updating and maintenance

Great location

Pros: The location was amazing. Kamala is a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to Kamala Beach (really enjoyed that beach) and 7-Elevens. Room was clean and modern. Balcony was also nice, we didn't really sit there but mostly hung our clothes to dry.

Cons: The only downside was the size of the room, which has been mentioned by others so we knew beforehand. We had 2 big and 2 small luggages, which filled up the space. But it was doable.

It’s a nice area .

Pros: Its location was grand . Some nice places to eat close by.

Cons: It was small apt and the pool was difficult to access. Also not a lot of sunbeds.
