Pros: The location is amazing, its very family friendly. I felt like Im at home. The host went above and beyond to make it comfortable for us. Also they keep everything so clean.

Perfect stay in Kamala

Pros: The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ariya is an excellent host—professional, kind, and always ready to assist with anything you need. The hotel is very close to the beach, and Kamala is the perfect base to explore Phuket.

Pleasant stay

Pros: We had a lovely stay in the Ice Kamala Beach Hotel. The location is very handy for the beach, nice restaurants nearby, and beach restaurants too. The staff was very helpful and warm friendly, she helped us to book a very reasonable whole day tour of phi phi Island. Any questions we asked were helped. We definitely recommend this place if you want to have a pleasant experience in Kamala Beach.

Pros: Property is well located to beach, bars and restaurants, just a couple of minutes walk to everything. Very clean and well maintained,big room, huge bed,staff were amazing!

Cons: The stairs!!! This definitely would not put me off booking again though! But not a hotel if stairs are an issue for you!

Comfy, large rooms close to beach.

Pros: Rooms on the 4th floor were interconnected so being a family of four it worked well for us. Nice view of the hills from the balconies. Close to the beach and plenty of places close by to eat. Be aware there is no elevator so not really accessible for people with mobility issues. I was certainly a lot fitter by the end of the stay. Nice wee pool out front, chilly at first but refreshing after a long, hot day.

Cons: An elevator would be nice on a lazy day 😃

Excellent value, clean, quiet and great location.

Pros: Excellent location, quiet hotel but a short walk to lots of places to eat, lots of bars and the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean, we had connecting rooms as a family which was perfect. Excellent value for money. Shower was good with hot water. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing! All was good.
