A good place to stay with an excellent host.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location for the beach at Kamala Bay, the restaurants and the massage parlours - less than 200m! The owner of the hotel, is the nicest, kindest and most helpful person you could wish to meet. She goes out of her way to help you personally. You also have Beach Towels available. The rooms are of a good size for two people, plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is also a good size and the showers have plenty of water. Great Keyless access in and out of the hotel

Cons: It is right by the road into Kamala Bay - so there is a little traffic noise in morning / evening rush hour. BUT the air conditioning drowns this noise out anyway. This is a \

Gorgeous place to stay!

Pros: The room was fabulous! It was huge and had lovelt decor. The room had charging tables and a tv with Netflix etc. It was a short walk from Kamala Beach.

Cons: The young girl checking us in was not very friendly.

Clean, convenient and outstanding service.

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay as the room was clean and was serviced everyday. It was well located with easy access to the beach, restaurants and everything else you could need. Most importantly, I found the service offered by the manager, Ratcha, was nothing short of phenomenal. She was incredibly friendly, responsive and helped me with a few arrangements during my stay with Sasimanta. Thank you!

Worth the money. Clean and comfortable but has its down side.

Pros: The room was clean and quite big. Hot water and good AC. The location is great. The bed was comfortable and the room was well accessorised.

Cons: The staff wasn’t friendly. They didn’t tell us about the breakfast time and we felt like we annoyed them even. The engine of the AC is on the balcony so it isn’t possible to have it on in the room and use the balcony at the same time.

Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely owner, helpful. Gave us beach towels which was very handy. Location great, near the beach etc.

Pros: The room was perfectly located, 2 mins from beach and lots of bars, restaurants, massages, stores also clise by. The room is large amd very clean, good shower, comfortable bed.

Cons: A very very minor thing, the balcony is a little small especially with the air con unit on it.

Pros: Vicinity to the beach, clean, friendly and kind host.

Cons: One thing that was for us issue was no elevator, and we had big suitcases, other than that all eas fine, good value for the money in the end.

Pros: Owner was very helpful . Location is great with a very short walk to the beach . It’s nothing fancy but bedrooms are really good size .

Pros: Very good location! Nice and talented ladies in the nail studio 🙂 . Beach towels are available for free.

Cons: The mattress was a little bit soft.
