Pros: Good location in Kamala, a bit outside the town centre but still within walking distance of everything you need (beach, shops, bars, restaurants). The staff is super welcoming and friendly, and the housekeeping service is outstanding for accommodation of this size and price. Restocking the water and snacks was highly appreciated.

amazing stay with breathtaking views!
Pros: What I liked most about the property was how the owner truly cares for the guests — full respect and help at every step, even with the smallest things. There was a daily delivery of fresh fruit, cookies, and water, housekeeping better than in many hotels, and the cleanliness and views were first-class. Additionally, the owner offers several branded scooters for rent, which are very well maintained and practically new. Most importantly, they are available at a better price than the competition.

A fantastic stay in a perfect location with wonderful hosts — we’d 100% recommend it.
Pros: The apartment was amazing — the bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and we always had plenty of fresh water. The space was large, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hosts were genuinely fantastic: friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and even bike rentals. The location in Kamala was ideal too, with the beach about a 15‑minute walk away, a 7‑Eleven just 5 minutes down the road, and lots of nearby restaurants and bars. There’s also a local market around a 10‑minute walk away on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like — everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Pros: I loved everything about this place! The location is not far from the beach and has many good places to eat along the same road! The bed was so comfortable, aircon was cold. Shower was always hot. Room was cleaned and always provided with banana and lots of water on arrival! Would definitely stay here again

Great stay in a very welcoming place
Pros: Spacious clean well refurbished room with extra goodies, I had good views into the surrounding hills. Cleaning every day and a generous supply of drinking water. To round this up, the owners are very friendly and helpful. Also you can get your scooter from the same place.

Excellent service, warm welcome, and a top-quality stay
Pros: We originally booked three days online, but extended our stay by two additional days because the service was excellent. We received a very warm welcome, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, and the balcony offers a beautiful view. Every day we were given a plate of fruit, cookies, and water, which was a very nice touch. In addition, we rented a scooter directly at the accommodation; there is a wide selection of different types of motorbikes at a good price–quality ratio. Highly recommended!

Pros: An absolutely clean 10! The people are so wonderful, pleasant, and kind that we are truly delighted. The housekeeper is also a wonderful woman, the apartment sparkles with cleanliness, they tidy up every day and bring fresh fruit, water, cookies… A wonderful experience and we recommend it to everyone! ☺️ Best regards, Natalija and Bojan ❤️

Pros: The room was exceptionally very good, TV, microwave, kettle, coffee, fridge. It also has a balcony. You get water, towel for the beach too. The couple were very nice, they gave me some fruits for present and on the day I left also she took me to the bus stop with a motorcycle sidecar because I had a very heavy luggage.

Tangkwa and Neil are the perfect hosts. Couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. I immediately rebooked for a further 28 days and
Pros: Immaculately clean. Quiet. Great facilities including full sized fridge microwave toaster kettle and safe. Twice per week on room service days the owner also left fresh fruit and a dozen bottles of water. Anything we needed was provided immediately.
