The Thames Pool Access Resort & Villa - SHA Extra Plus

I am glad that I spent 30 nights here, I Had great stay

Pros: -staff all included (security, cleaning, receptionist..) are very nice - cleanliness - bedding was comfortable - room/bathroom and balcony are nice size (room with bathtub) - plenty of restaurant, and convenient store less than 5 min walking - 10 min away by scooter from training camps (Soi Ta-iad road)

Cons: Not hotel’s fault but some people can be overloud by the pool at doubtful time.

Pros: WE had a private pool Villa for two weeks. It was spacy and Nice. Loved the privacy. Small Kitchen We used to make breakfast every morning.

Cons: The hotel needs a restaurant or at least some sort of breakfast offer.

It was a good stay and my friends love it too when they visit me.

Pros: That it has an easy access to the Pool and the location is not hard to locate.

Pros: Restaurants,convenience store nearby. Easy to find, yet quiet location

A pleasant stay no doubt.

Pros: The space is well arranged with the rooms facing the private pool. Very well setup with all the rooms attached with showers/toilets. Especially delighted with cleaned rooms and fresh towels everyday.

Cons: Prefers to have a outdoor BBQ pit instead of the tiny electric grill which cannot handle 8 paxs so we could not organize our anticipated outdoor bbq. The cooking utensils are very limited with only one cooking pot. We expected to have at least a toaster for our bread. A washing machine in the premise will be very useful.

Fantastic. If ever returning to Phuket it will be here.

Pros: Location was great for great local food, convenience stores, hairdressers and massage. Not as touristy as Kata or Rawai The cleaning and reception staff went above and beyond to make staying here the best !!

Pros: The location is in the middle so it's close to everywhere. The staff were nice and kind

Cons: There was no light bulb over the bed area

Pros: Very nice clean room with pool and silent area. Easy access to the best attraction in Phuket.

Beautiful hotel in a bad location

Pros: We stayed at the villas that were beautiful with quick access to the private pool. The rooms are very spacious and airconditioned.

Cons: Location would be challenging if you don't have a car to move around. Not close to anything - not to restaurants/markets/beach/attractions. Most of the day - there was no staff at the reception, and it took them hours to answer our whatsapp. The rooms weren't cleaned well - when we moved the beds there was so much dirt and toilet papar etc beneath. The kitchen wasn't airconditioned so it was very uncomfortable to stay and eat there. The kitchen was poorly equipped - only 1 (!!) knife, etc.

Will come back here next time!

Pros: Price was affordable, but quality is top notch. Room was comfy, clean. The staff there are friendly too.

Cons: Maybe they ca increase the parking lots over there.
