Nai Yang Beach Resort and Spa

Lovely stay, very nice hotel

Pros: very close to the beach, lovely room and staff really helpful. Also literally 15 mins from the airport so very easy to transfer

Cons: nothing we were very happy

Value for money

Pros: great value for money.. we just had to stay over the night for our next flight the day later

Short stay, staff amazing location perfect for airport in the morning.

Pros: The staff went over and above to make our stay special for both my birthday and our wedding anniversary.

Cons: A lot of the sunbeds were under cover by trees. Other than that could not fault the hotel

Good value hotel complex in centre

Pros: Spacious room, v nice bathroom/shower, big comfy bed, very clean and modern, nice lighting. Resort is right in middle of main area, easy access to beach. Pleasant staff, decent breakfast. Friendly cats. Will def come back

Cons: Lack of towel rails. Our patio area and path was constantly covered in leaves.

A nice relaxing break on the beach of Nai Yang

Pros: Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. The room was new, very comfortable and quiet, with a nice balcony to sit on. The breakfast could not be faulted, with a good selection of food, which changed in selection each day. We stayed for 14 nights and there was something different, for even fussy eaters each morning. There were four pools, one of which was dedicated to a fun theme for small children. We booked our stay with Booking.com a year I advance and got a great price, as the place is going through a major refurbishment. This is almost complete now and I notice the price to stay for the same duration now is double what we paid but in my opinion, it would be worth it still.

Pros: We stayed there for one night after a long distance flight. we were positily surprised. it's quite a nice location, nice staff, clean rooms.

Cons: nothing to complain about for this price.

Cons: Breakfast was terrible. Coffee undrinkable. Although we had breakfast included after a few mornings we went to a local cafe instead

Great location for short stay ... We stayed too long.

Pros: The resort's gardens are beautifully maintained and the 4 pools are kept tidy and clean. Our room was at the back of the estate looking over the green hills. It was private and well serviced by the staff. The beach was easily accessible across the road with plenty of cafes/bars/street vendors and also food marts selling most items including beers etc The sunset is celebrated each evening with readily available cocktails at each venue. Easy access from the airport ... 10 minutes by taxi or grab .

Cons: Although there are 4 pools, 2 cater to children/families. Of the other 2 pools, both were quite busy leaving little opportunity if you like to swim as your daily exercise. The menus at each of the venues are very similar so there's not a great deal of variety on offer. There's a limit to activities in NaiYang itself. We stayed too long. Suggest 4-5 nights is ideal.

Best location in Naiyang.

Pros: This hotel is in a great location. Reception are very friendly & welcoming. The rooms are very well designed & clean. We used the pool bar & the staff there were very good. The pools are beautiful. There is a little construction noise but we couldn't here it from room 227. We parked at the front only regret was it was just a 1 night stay.

Cons: It was all good.
