Pros: The service is exceptional, nice breakfast. Room is cleaned everyday. Walking distance to few eatery n massage parlor. Like the sea view, just the beach a bit dirty

A pleasant experience

Pros: The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful. Really appreciate their hospitality. Rooms were clean and they did daily cleaning which was really thoughtful of them. The view we got from the room was really nice too, we woke up to sunrise everyday. The area was calm and quiet which made it a more relaxed environment. Buffet breakfast menu was the same but they added some variety with some Thai dishes. Overall experience was great. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience, which was the key highlight for us.

Pros: Great hotel. Clean rooms, breath taking views and delicious food at the rooftop cafe. Also don’t miss out on the terrace pool.

Pros: I loved this hotel, it was right on the sea front so I had an excellent view, it was quiet at night, so sleeping wasnt an issue, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and it was extremely clean. In my room I had a deep bathtub which overlooked the sea ... that was awesome, so I made sure I used it and stayed in until day became night. I arrived on my birthday and when I got to my room, the staff had made two towel swans and used the accronym 'HBD and spelled it on my bed with red rose petals' ... what a nice touch. I couldnt be happier and shall look forward to returning.

Nice family stay

Pros: The water facing property and pool on the roof. The breakfast was decent and staff was friendly.

Cons: Sometimes there was a smell from the bay. Would have preferred some more options in hot food from other cuisines

Best Hotel I've ever been to!

Pros: Everything. The staff, the location, the environment. It was genuinely a world class experience

Pros: The staff are helpful and friendly. I'm really thankful for them. I requested a simple decoration as it's our getaway for the 1st wedding anniversary, and they made good efforts on that. The room is bigger than what I expected. The view during sunrise is spectacular! The rooftop view is great. The breakfast is 7/10. The breakfast area is clean and tidy. I will surely come back when I have the chance.

Pros: The view from the room was amazing, the room itself was lush, staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed staying here

We haf an enjoyable time and the rooftop pool was fabulous

Pros: Located on Chalong Bay seafront its a great location to explore the residential side of Phuket away from the beach crowds

Cons: I thought the hotel needed a bit of tlc here and there. The climate is harsh and paint needs touching up frequently

Stunning views

Pros: Location was great only a short walk to bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly.

Cons: Beds were a bit hard. Wifi connection on pool area wasn’t great. Beach in front wasn’t suitable for swimming due to all boats and rubbish.
