Pros: الشقة شرحه وكبيرة ووسيعة فيها 4 غرف كل غرفة فيها دورة مياة خاصة + صالة ودورة مياة خاصة للصالة ومطبخ تحضيري صغير فيه ادوات متكاملة من صحون وملاعق و غلاية وقلاية هوائية وفيها بلكونه كبيرة وممتازة وكذلك بلكونتين صغيرة في غرفتين مختلفة المكيفات تبريدها ممتاز دورات المياة ممتازة دفع الماء فيها كويس فيها شطافات

Cons: نقاط لم تعجبني : • سكنت في wink city 4 كان في الدور 4 وكان مافيه لفت او اصنصير والدرج صعب المشي عليه لصغر موضع القدم وطويييل تتكلم عن 4 ادوار طالع نازل متعب جداً ( ولم يتم توضيحه ولا كان ماحجزت من البداية ) • صوت ضفادع يجي من البلكونه الكبيرة في الليل بشكل مستمر ماينقطع ولا ثانية ( في الغرف غالباً ماتسمع شي لكن الصالة تسمعها) • ابواب الحمامات وابواب الغرف شبه متهالكه علماً ان شكلها الخارجي جديد لكن من يوم تلمسها تجدها قديمة وكأنها صُبغت فقط لتعطي هيئة الشكل الجديد • رطوبة الدرج متعبة بشكل غير طبيعي يعني تطلع من الشقة متروش توصل للارض مليان عرق لان الدرج مكتووم وحار • ترجع مغرب او عشاء تلقى ارضية البيت كلها رطبة ( وتزحلق ) بسبب رطوبة الدرج والجو في نفس الوقت
