Pros: Every single thing. Views from the pool villa were amazing, staff couldn’t do enough for us and it exceeded our expectations with everything. Relaxed feel there and we have our pool and room decorated on Christmas Day which was the most amazing thing

Hideaway villa for relax & chill stay

Pros: Nice design , operate respond in the chat from the stuff , comfortable bed , quiet area , hillside view on the mountain & the sea , close to Banana Beach ( on ride)

Cons: Only two bottles of water per day- for free, seems like not enough Some cockroaches in the area of the villa ( outside ) By default there were no bathrobes , had to ask stuff for it . Once the stuff has provided the bathrobes , some parts of it were missing ( like a belt in one peace).

Beautiful Villa and Exceptional Staff

Pros: Beautiful architect-designed, secluded two-storey private pool villa with stunning mountain views. The team were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. When the two-bedroom cabin we originally booked didn’t quite meet expectations, they quickly arranged a move to a villa and kindly accommodated the upgrade at a discounted rate, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a lovely stay.

Cons: Minor points are some nearby construction and occasional road noise, and the location does require taxis to get around. That said, these were small trade-offs for the privacy, design, comfort, and excellent service.

I loved the villa but was dissapointed at transport links to tourist hotspots like the old town.

Pros: I loved that we were offered complimentary travel to banana beach.

Cons: Transport to Layan beach was not complimentary and it was difficult to get to other parts of Phuket to sight see. There was only a partial roof outside so our shoes got wet. Only one sun bed when the room sleeps two people which I thought was unsociable. The pool should have been heated given that it was not summer season.
