Pros: The location was amazing and absolutely perfect for us. It was ideally situated in the middle, making it easy to walk to both Ao Nang Beach and Ao Nang Nopparat Thara Beach. It was also close to Ao Nang Pier, from where you can easily go to Railay Beach, as well as the night market, yet the area was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and extremely clean, which was the most important part for us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent, and both self check-in and check-out went smoothly and without any issues. The room, especially the bathroom, is a bit outdated and could benefit from a makeover, but this was not an issue for us as location and cleanliness were our top priority. Overall, the value for money was very good.

Adequate and happy enough!
Pros: Good location, fairly quiet, though a little bit of a walk-in from the main road. Clean room. Cleaned and tidied everyday. Air conditioning worked well, and the bed was big and comfortable. Good amenities nearby- 7-Eleven, Amala Massage & Soi 8 Bar.
Cons: The property has 4 floors, and no lift to use. 50 steps from bottom to top! The bathroom could have done with its own rubbish bin and the plumbing could be better. Bedside could have done with a little lamp. Generally happy… just stating a few observations!

Very good, would book again
Pros: Location is very good, the rooms are exactly like the pictures. The bed is comfortable and everything is working, the TV even has Netflix. We had a problem that was resolved promptly and professionally by the staff and we are very grateful for such customer service

Pros: Fantastic location, very confortable bed, clean towels and bed making every day. When we had a problem, we could easily contact the owner on whats up and someone came shortly.
Cons: A fürdőszobában csatorna szag volt.

Nothing fancy but good enough
Pros: Good value for money, clean areas, good location, plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby
Cons: The bathroom specially had rust in several places, which didn't look good. No hand soap provided (I forgot to ask the receptionist for one)

Brilliant, comfy stay
Pros: Comfy bed, nice clean room, great shower, tv had Netflix (was feeling a bit down so needed some home comforts like this). Great location also - very quiet though (which I loved for a good nights sleep)
Cons: Staff aren’t there all the time so had to wait for like half an hour to Check in when a cleaner came down - but I wasn’t in a rush and there was a sofa to sit on so not a problem for me.

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was lovely.
Cons: Random holes in the walls and the wall behind our bed was stained weird. My contraceptive pill also went missing after the room was cleaned which was not ideal since I’m back packing and won’t be home. When I asked the cleaner about it she refused. I left it on my bedside table with my chargers etc so it must have been binned accidently.
