Moon Budget Hotel

Great little find. Would use again.

Pros: Clean and tidy. Very bright and airy. Great location staff friendly and happily stored our luggage until room was ready

Cons: Nobody came to service the room during our 3 nights stay. We left the appropriate tag on the door but nobody came. We went to reception to ask for clean towels and water and they were pleased to give us anything we wanted (apart from servicing our room)

Pros: Good location, walking distance from the beach and in a quieter area, very clean, very nice and helpful staff, very comfy bed.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Moon Budget Hotel! The location is perfect — just a short walk to Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and shops, but still quiet and peaceful at night. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony view was a lovely bonus. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions or recommendations. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ao Nang!

Pros: Good and comfortable stay, staff is nice and cooperative, Location is the best, you have everything near by the property.

Cons: Iron and Laundry facilities should be included in the property amenities.

Nice room at affordable price for few nights

Pros: The room was clean, beds were ok, having two bottles of water at check-in was perfect, the location was at 5-10 min close to Ao Nnag Beach and Night market. The price per night was very good if you put in balance the location and room facilities. All in all is ok.

Cons: The bathroom was quite tiny but the big problem is the fact that you don't have a separate wall or something to protect. When you take a shower all the water is spread all over the bathroom.

We loved staying at Moon Budget hotel, staff, room and location were perfect.

Pros: The location was perfect as we are a couple looking for some peace when needed but was within walking distance of Ao Nang for the hustle and bustle. The hotel was modern and clean and our room was spacious and great AC. The bed was very comfortable which was needed after a long journey. We wish we had booked more nights in this hotel. The lady working on reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. We would stay again if we came back to Krabi!

Cons: That there were no rooms free for us to extend our stay!

Cons: We wanted our room cleaning, we got back to the hotel around 4pm after being out through the day and the room still hadn’t been attended to so we just went to reception and got fresh towels instead
