Great location and would have been great overall but for hot water.

Pros: Property is in a great location a short walk to the strip and beach. Has great restaurants very close by so if you are staying in Ao Nang it’s great. Bed is also great too.

Cons: No hot water. It was not yet hot enough to be wanting cold showers but that’s what I got. The hot water did not work at any stage.

Pros: Close to the centre but not enough to heat an excessive noise.

Cons: Pool was very small and a short walk around the corner along the street to get to, breakfast was basic.

Pros: Rooms were very neat and clean and also was very specious. Location was very good away from the hustel and bustle but was alo very close to markets and the beach.

Great location to beach and town! Clean and ideal for us!

Pros: Great location, close to the town, beach and both night markets! Nice clean room and we had a balcony that though it was facing a building we could still watch the sunset!

Cons: The bathroom sometimes had a bit of a weird smell, think it was something to do with the drainage. Nothing that really affected our stay though!

Clean comfortable and easy

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and so clean. The beds were very comfortable and big. Aircon in the room worked great also. The staff were super friendly.

Cons: The property is around a 20 minute walk to the beachfront but this is still pleasurable with restaurants and shops along the way.
